These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 88cb governing your use of our online casino and sports betting platform. General Terms & Acceptance

88cb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication at 88cb.im/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility as a registered user to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version. These Terms are intended for adult players (18 years of age or older) resident in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where use of the 88cb platform is not prohibited by applicable local law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
The Platform operates an online casino and sports betting service. All games and betting markets on 88cb are provided for entertainment purposes. The Platform does not guarantee that any user will generate a profit from use of any game or betting market. Section 2
Age Restriction & Eligibility
Access to, and use of, the 88cb platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. 88cb operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, and all users are required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation confirming their date of birth before any withdrawal request will be processed.
Accepted forms of identity documentation include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid Bangladesh passport, or a valid Bangladesh driving licence. All submitted documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. 88cb reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if the Platform has reason to question the age or identity of a registered user.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, users must meet the following eligibility criteria to maintain a valid 88cb account:
- You must be a natural person (individual human being), not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
- You must register in your own name and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of 88cb or any of its affiliated companies.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on the 88cb platform.
- You must not be using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
- You must hold a valid bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or supported bank account in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.
Any account found to belong to a user under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any administrative processing costs. All winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited entirely and will not be returned under any circumstances.
KYC Verification
Identity verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests. Submit your NID, passport, or driving licence through the secure document upload portal in your account settings. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission.

Account Registration & Security
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 88cb platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, different payment methods, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 88cb employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts.
When registering on 88cb, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), your date of birth, your mobile phone number registered to a Bangladesh network (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk), and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 88cb strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88cb will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact 88cb support immediately via live chat.
88cb accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, your failure to enable available security features, or your sharing of credentials with a third party.

Single Account Policy
Each player is entitled to exactly one active account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances.
Mobile Verification
A valid Bangladesh mobile number is required for registration. OTP-based verification is used at login, withdrawal, and during any sensitive account changes to protect your account from unauthorised access.
Real Identity Only
All account details must match the identity document submitted during KYC verification. Accounts registered under a false name, alias, or with altered documents will be closed and all balances forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposits
All deposits on the 88cb platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 88cb, though individual payment method providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may impose their own daily or per-transaction limits. Players are responsible for being aware of any limits imposed by their chosen payment provider.
Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also supported. 88cb does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or deposits from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be refunded and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
88cb does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 88cb accepts no responsibility for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 88cb account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted before completion of KYC identity verification will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
88cb aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing timelines of the receiving payment provider. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically the fastest, often credited within minutes to a few hours of 88cb processing approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 additional business days.
88cb reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, high-value withdrawals, or in cases where the Platform has reason to investigate unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to your account balance.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
From time to time, 88cb offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bonuses credited to your 88cb account:
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution schedule for each category is published in the promotion details.
- One bonus per household: Only one bonus per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method is permitted. 88cb reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus awards where abuse of this rule is suspected.
- No cash-out of bonus funds: Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable. Only net winnings generated from the wagering of bonus funds (after meeting all wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
- Withdrawal before wagering completion: If a withdrawal is requested before all applicable wagering requirements are met, any remaining bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited prior to processing the withdrawal.
- 88cb right of withdrawal: 88cb reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes reclaiming bonus funds already credited to an account where abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
Players who are enrolled in the 88cb self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive or use any bonus or promotional offer for the duration of their self-exclusion period. If a bonus is accidentally credited to a self-excluded account, it will be reversed without notice.
Bonus Eligibility
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonuses are available to verified, age-confirmed accounts that are not under self-exclusion. Only one bonus per household applies at any given time.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By maintaining a registered account on 88cb, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:
Fraud & Manipulation
Using any form of cheating software, bot, artificial intelligence tool, exploit, or other technical device to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly forbidden. This includes collusion in multiplayer games and systematic abuse of bonus offers.
Money Laundering
Using the 88cb platform in any way connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity is strictly prohibited. 88cb complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Account Sharing
Sharing your account login credentials with any third party, allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf, or operating another person's account on their behalf is prohibited. Each account must be used exclusively by its registered holder.
Abusive Behaviour
Threatening, harassing, abusing, or engaging in discriminatory conduct towards 88cb staff, live dealer personnel, or other platform users via live chat, game chat, or any other communication channel is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
You further agree that you will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the 88cb platform software, game content, or proprietary materials. All intellectual property on the 88cb platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, and trade marks, remains the exclusive property of their respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
88cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any registered account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any term of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; detection of a duplicate account; or receipt of a valid legal instruction from a competent authority.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. The suspension period will last no longer than reasonably necessary to complete the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If the investigation finds a material breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 88cb support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to identity verification.
Players who wish to self-exclude from the 88cb platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate the self-exclusion tool available in their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 30 days to indefinite exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period has elapsed. During a self-exclusion period, 88cb will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the player from accessing the Platform, including blocking login attempts and suspending any active promotional communications.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your 88cb account at any time by contacting support. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88cb, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliated companies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 88cb platform, including but not limited to:
- Any loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, including losing streaks or failed bets.
- Any technical failure, system downtime, server error, software bug, or connectivity interruption that prevents access to the Platform or causes a bet or game session to be recorded incorrectly.
- Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits caused by third-party payment providers.
- Any loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such cases, 88cb's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 88cb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms of the nature operated by 88cb. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Players who disagree with any decision made by 88cb in relation to their account are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance, as many disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
